Membership Growth Manager Position Available

Augusta Metro Chamber of Commerce is hiring a Membership Growth Manager (MGM). This is a full time position with a complete benefits package including salary and commissions.

As a direct report to the Vice President, the primary function of a Membership Growth Manager is to contact prospective members via telephone, email, and face to face meetings for the purpose of membership recruitment for the Augusta Metro Chamber of Commerce. The focus of this position is on small businesses, growing the grassroots participation, and maintaining knowledge of Chamber programs with a strong community awareness to effectively engage prospective members.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced account executive with proven success developing new member prospects and marketing benefits and services to prospects. The individual must be a self-starter, have a professional image, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Three plus years of cold calling and performing above budget with regards to exceeding sales expectations is ideal. The Augusta Metro Chamber of Commerce is a drug free workplace.
