Natalie Bulter Promoted to AVP of Workforce & Professional Development

Natalie Butler, former Director of Masters Housing, Promoted to Associate Vice President of Workforce and Professional Development

The Augusta Metro Chamber is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Natalie Butler, former Director of Masters Housing and past Leadership Augusta Coordinator, to Associate Vice President of Workforce and Professional Development. In overseeing the Chamber’s workforce initiatives, Natalie will be responsible for managing and implementing the policies and strategies of the Business Education Advisory Council, its partnership with the Richmond County School System and committees of the Council in the areas of experiential learning, digital inclusion, virtual learning, soft skills, high demand careers, and funding development. She will also be responsible for the Chamber’s job market platform Talent2Work.net, which is a workforce recruitment and job seeker development portal designed to meet the unique labor market needs of our region. In addition, Natalie will be overseeing the Chamber’s Students2Work program that provides high school students with opportunities to gain valuable hands-on work experience in local businesses within the metro Augusta area.

 

Prior to the Chamber, Natalie had been with Publix for over 14 years serving in a variety of management, pharmacy tech, training, and customer service roles at stores throughout the region. She also worked with a local real estate investment firm as their Dispositions/Closing Coordinator. Natalie formerly attended USC Aiken and majored in Fitness management. She recently graduated with her Bachelors degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Business and a minor in Public Administration from Georgia Southern University. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship, Small Business Management from American Public University. Natalie is a graduate of the Leadership Augusta program and actively serves on its Board of Directors, as a member of the Adult Class Committee. For over a decade, she has actively volunteered with the Aiken County Public School District, contributing in various capacities. Currently serving as the President of the PTO Executive Board at a Title I middle school.
