“The Art of Customer Care Post-COVID” with T-Mobile at Chamber’s Third Thursday Business Builder
On Thursday, April 21, join the Augusta Metro Chamber and Rachel Romero from T-Mobile for Third Thursday Business Builder. Participants will learn about customer service trends and how the “art” of customer care has evolved since COVID.
Rachel Romero is a Customer Experience Center Director at T-Mobile US, Inc. In this role, Rachel is responsible for the operations and strategic vision of the Augusta Experience Center and leads a team of more than 800 customer-experience-obsessed Care Experts. Rachel is a member of the Diversity, Equality & Inclusion Networks at T-Mobile and sits on a number of strategic, cross-functional teams focused on attracting, retaining and developing future T-Mobile leaders.
Third Thursday Business Builder begins at 11:30 am in the Chamber Conference Room located inside the Augusta Riverfront Center (One Tenth St. Suite 120, Augusta, Ga 30901). Attendance is complimentary for Chamber members and $15 for prospective members with lunch provided. Advanced registration is required at augustametrochamber.com.
