Imposter Syndrome in the Workplace
Imposter Syndrome is a sense of self-doubt related to work accomplishments, feelings of phoniness and not deserving of your job. Also referred to as Impostor Phenomenon or Impostorism, this psychological experience occurs when an individual doubts their skills, talents, or accomplishments and has a persistent internalized fear of being exposed as a fraud. Triyoko Boatwright, a Sr. Talent Management/Diversity Specialist at Textron will address Imposter Syndrome in the Workplace and ways to overcome it at the Chamber's February Women In Business.
Triyoko Boatwright is the Sr. Talent Management/Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Specialist at Textron Specialized Vehicles who inspires and empowers leaders to show up M.A.D. (Making A Difference).
Triyoko facilitates trainings and conversations that incite leaders to not only impact others but to create relationships with influence that last. With her authentic, yet charismatic personality she is sure to leave a lasting impression.
When she is not at Textron, she enjoys serving as Associate Minister and Small Group Coordinator at Tabernacle Baptist Church in Augusta, Ga and spending time with family. She is a resident of Thomson, GA; Home of the Thomson Bulldogs, 2022 Region 4-AA champions.
