Gia Hunter - Founder of TalentWorks Consulting
Gia Hunter is the owner & founder of TalentWorks Consulting, a HR consulting and support services firm. TalentWorks provides a cascade of HR services to enable businesses to scale and grow through effective people development.
Prior to becoming a business owner, Gia spent the last 20 years at large companies such as Textron and Solo Cup Company where she gained experience in every aspect of HR and held multiple leadership roles. She is committed to sharing her knowledge and experience to help leaders lead well and create work environments where everyone feels seen and valued.
Gia received her bachelor’s degree from North Carolina A&T State University, as well as her MBA from the University of Phoenix.
Outside of work, you can find Gia searching for the best desserts, spending time with family and friends, and serving in her community or church.
