Faith Edmondson has over 15 years of experience in the business education and nonprofit sectors and holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Augusta University. As Co-Owner of The Gateway Company, Faith drives growth and expansion while helping our clients build sustainable companies. As Executive Director at a mid-size nonprofit, she is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the organization overseeing human resources, finances, and program development. As a successful entrepreneur and nonprofit leader, Faith has a unique double view into the nonprofit and for-profit business spaces. She can often be found with her hands flying in American Sign Language as her family plays at the park.
Tracie Parker is a management consultant with over 25 years of experience in leadership and development at the multi-million dollar level. She has held VP and Director positions with nonprofit and for-profit businesses and was a key contributor in the development of the local Kroc Center. She left the corporate world in 2018 to become a full-time consultant, specializing in small business growth and development. Her strength in problem solving has aided many businesses in delivering results in profit growth, employee engagement, process improvement, and customer loyalty. She enjoys traveling throughout the US and abroad; but mostly she prefers visiting her only daughter, currently attending college in Colorado.
