Saturday Chef Community Cooking Class - Mardi Gras

Goodwill of Middle GA & the CSRA would like to invite the community to participate in a hands-on cooking class at our Helms College Campus in Augusta, GA. Celebrate Mardi Gras with the most iconic treat from the Crescent City, a King's Cake! You will learn to make this sweet, tender, yeasted bread with cream cheese or cinnamon filling. We will also be making classic pralines and Bananas Foster. Classes are taught in Helms College culinary labs by our professional chefs. Come learn new skills and enjoy your edible creations.
